How can I shop on

In order to shop with us, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with Kudci Beauty Supply. You will need your account number or store card number in order to register to shop online for the first time.

If you don’t currently shop with Kudci Beauty Supply at our stores or with a Salon Sales Consultant, you can apply for an account by completing our New Customer Account Application form.

On the Login/Register page, choose from “I am an email subscriber,” “I have my account #” or “I my store card #,” then enter the information needed to identify your account.


  • Your zip code is the 5-digit number from your permanent ship-to address on file.
  • Enter and confirm your email address.
  • Create and confirm your password.
  • Select your existing shipping address or enter a new online shipping address.
  • Click “Sign In” and you’re ready to shop.
  • Please note: shopping on is available in most states; however, shipping is not available to: AK, AR, HI, KY (select areas), MO, MT, NM, OK, and TX.
Can I make a purchase without an account?

You must have a Kudci Beauty Supply account order to register to shop on our website. If you don’t have an account with us, you can apply online by completing our New Customer Account Application form.

Where can I find my account number?

Your Kudci Beauty Supply account number is on your shipping invoice next to “Sold To” or your store receipt next to “Customer”.

Tip: All account numbers are 10 digits and begin with 00 (two zero’s); if your number is only 8 digits, please enter 00 and then the 8 digit number.

You can also register using your store card number, the 9 digit number on your Kudci Beauty Supply membership card.

Tip: If you have a new Kudci Beauty Supply store card, enter 0 and then the 9 digit number on your card. If you have an original store card, just enter the card number with no leading 0’s.

If you don’t have an invoice, store receipt, or store card, please contact Customer Care at 1-949-627-5480 to look up your account number for you.

I just applied for an account on When can I make a purchase?

Please allow up to five (5) business days to process your request and verify your cosmetology license or student ID in accordance with our diversion controls. We will email you when your application has been approved. Once you have an account number, you will need to register it on before you can start shopping.

If you have not received information on your application within seven (7) business days, please contact Account Maintenance at 1-949-542-2263 and select Option 3.

How can I add a new shipping address?

You will have the option to add a new shipping address right after you login , on the “Returning Customers – Shipping” page. You can choose to use your permanent address on file, a previously saved address (click the arrows to see all the saved addresses), or enter a new shipping address.

What are your shipping rates?

Our shipping rates vary depending on your order total. You can click on the “Shipping (Estimated 2-3 Business Days)” link in the shopping cart for accurate shipping rates.

How can I update my account information?

In order to change your permanent address, name, and phone number on file, you will need to contact an Account Maintenance team member by calling 1-949-542-2263

I forgot my password. What do I do?

Go to the Log In page and click on “Forgot Your Password?” link. Enter your email address and an email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password.

What is the Kudci Beauty Supply Return Policy?

If you need to return a product to Kudci Beauty Supply, please contact Customer Care at 1-949-542-2263 for assistance with your return.

Returns by Mail: For items that can be returned by mail, Customer Care will provide you with a return authorization label. Once the item has been processed at one of our distribution centers, you will be refunded to your original credit card used for the purchase. Please note that your refund may take up to 15 days to appear on your account once we have processed the return.

Returns to Store: Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. & Salon Sales Consultant orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local Kudci Beauty Supply store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase. invoice (excluding electrical items and shears). Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a Kudci Beauty Supply gift card. At this time, KudciBeautySupply .com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

Unsellable Product: Product that has been defaced or altered in any way may not be returned. This includes but is not limited to: price tags, stickers or other markings made with pen or marker, and cracked, dropped or broken appliances.

Discontinued Product: Discontinued product or product in discontinued packaging may not be returned.

Seasonal Product: Branded Product that is branded or packaged as seasonal/holiday may not be returned.

Promotional, Prepack, Intro Kit, and Free Items: For an exchange or refund to be processed, these items must be returned with the merchandise with which they were ordered. Promotional and free items may not be returned by themselves.

Make up, make up brushes, combs and brushes: All sales are final.

Why do I have to confirm my shipping address each time I log in?

We use your shipping address to tailor the assortment you see to what is available in your area, in accordance with our territory distribution rights throughout the United States. The products we can sell vary in each area based on distribution rights and your shipping address allows us to show just what is available in your area.



Your Salon Sales Consultant will be able to assist you with questions concerning your account. If you do not have a Salon Sales Consultant already, you may ask for one to be assigned to your account.
